Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were old, tired, and small, but at least had a window that opened. On the bright side, they were very comfortable and had an excellent location in the city, close to the historic downtown and business neurological center. The service was exceptional, exceeding my expectations with a very friendly and helpful staff. Despite the convenient location, the surrounding area was not the nicest for a leisurely walk. The dining experience was very good overall.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its central location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service. However, the noise level was a bit bothersome, and some areas showed signs of decay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were small but clean and functional, although a bit dark and claustrophobic due to opaque windows. The service, while polite, seemed more focused on tips than genuine helpfulness. The location was convenient for sightseeing but lacked a vibrant atmosphere. The dining was hit or miss, with tasty options but some delays in service.
